About Jan-Willem Raadgever

Jan-Willem Raadgever is a partner and attorney-at-law at AKD who specialises in real estate development, construction law and procurement law. He advises developers, contractors and investors on a range of issues related to real estate development, including transactions, and the construction of large-scale and complex project and area development processes. His clients, from numerous jurisdictions, also seek his advice on legal actions and arbitrations.
