An AKD deal team has advised one of the shareholders of B&S Health B.V. in relation to the sale of B&S Health’s shares in Lagaay Medical Group B.V. (“LMG”).

B&S Health is part of B&S Group S.A., a globally operating company in the consumer goods industry, listed on Euronext Amsterdam. B&S Health is selling Lagaay Medical Group to Universal Marine Medical Supply International (“Unimed”), in line with its strategy to towards autonomous and accountable segments, in this case the health segment.

The AKD team, consisting of team lead Nathalie van Woerkom and further consisting of Tycho Heijnsbroek (Corporate M&A), as well as Mariëlle van Winden and Arie van der Meij (Employment), assisted one of the shareholders of B&S Health B.V. in this transaction.
