AKD is advising a group of private investors on their potential investment in the offeror that announced a recommended all-cash public takeover offer for B&S Group SA, listed on Euronext Amsterdam.

The offer, if and when made, is by an investment vehicle owned and controlled by Willem Blijdorp, the 70% shareholder of B&S. The offer values the equity of B&S at about EUR 518 million.
